I highly can recommend their professional, fast and friendly service. They really tried hard and everything to fix my 8 year old mobile, but unfortunately it was not more possible to recover. I was very happy when they offered me a good deal on an refurbished upgrade.

We had a really good experience with PhoneZone Nelson after my partner’s iPhone 11 was damaged during a service. The process took a little while to resolve, but their communication was excellent the whole way through. In the end, they went above and beyond — replacing the damaged phone and offering us the chance to upgrade to a newer model for a fair cost. We’re really happy with how everything turned out. Thanks to the team for looking after us!
