Just visited the really helpful guys at Phonezone Richmond Mall. I explained what was happening with my phone, screen slowly going black, thought I'd be lucky to get it fixed. I guy did some test on it, checked a few things, ..my phone is fixed!! I was ready to pay him first the time spent and fix, he didn't charge me! Guys thankyou for your service and all done with smiles 😃

Highly recommend this place. My phone was dropped a few nights ago which destroyed my screen, I was heartbroken and stressed because my phone had years worth of memories and photos which I thought would be gone forever because I couldn't do anything. These guys helped me out and fixed my phone screen quickly and efficiently. They are friendly, approachable and give good advice, my camera quality and phone function is back to how it was before and I couldn't be more happy.

In the end, they went above and beyond — replacing the damaged phone and offering us the chance to upgrade to a newer model for a fair cost. We’re really happy with how everything turned out.
