Excellent service and genuine pricing , very happy with the repair of my phone.

I had two old phones—an iPhone 7 and an iPhone 6s Plus—that needed battery replacements. I first went to TechnoFix in Whangarei, where they were able to replace the iPhone 7 battery. However, they told me that my iPhone 6s Plus was no longer working, even though it had been functioning earlier that same morning. I was told the phone's software was likely gone and that it couldn't be fixed.

I then took the same phone to Phone Zone, just down the street in Whangarei CBD. They asked me to wait for 30 minutes, and not only did they fix the phone, but they also replaced the battery and charged me only for the battery replacement.

Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Phone Zone over TechnoFix for phone repairs. They were fast, efficient, and honest.

Highly recommend these guys! Unfortunately my phone wasn't repairable, but they worked on it for 2 days and kept trying to be sure. I ended up buying a new phone and went back to these guys to get all my data transferred between the two phones. They also set me up with a screen protector, case and charger as well. Raman was amazing to deal with! Will definitely come back in the future if needed.

Called to ask if they had a battery for iPhone 8. They must have been busy so no answer. 5 minutes later I got a call back. Yes they had a battery and if I get the phone to them by midday, phone would be ready to collect by 4pm. They also changed the screen protector for me. We had a really good experience with PhoneZone Nelson after my partner’s iPhone 11 was damaged during a service.
