My initial experience with an employee at Phone Zone was subpar - after frustrations I left a negative review.

Within the hour, the owner personally contacted me and completely changed my impression of this business. He listened to my concerns, sincerely apologised, took responsibility for what had happened, and made a genuine effort to make things right. After some discussion we were able to come to a resolution that I feel was fair and well appreciated.
